Laminates / Solid Surface
LAMINATE COUNTERTOPS
 Contemporary laminate products come in a wide variety of colors and designs, allowing you to create a look in your kitchen, bath or home office that expresses your individuality.
There are two basic types of laminant countertops, Post Form and Custom Square Edge:
Post Form:
Choose from four different styles – the traditional no drip edge, the double roundover, the bevel edge, or the square edge – all with integral backsplashes to keep messes under control. Dress up a post form square edge top with a wood edge or a Wilsonart Gibraltar solid surface edge.
This is the most inexpensive style because it is relatively easy to manufacture. The best application for post form counters is a straight run.
When turning corners in "L" shaped or "U" shaped cabinet runs, a mitered corner is necessary. While this seam is quite tight, it can be visible with certain patterns and colors of laminate. We recommend that you use this application away from sink locations.
Custom Square Edge:
This custom top allows you to avoid mitered seams in the corners of your contertops. Depending on the size of the countertop, seams may be avoided all together.
Typically these tops have a laminate square edge, but they are also available in a laminate bevel edge, wood edge or solid surface edge.
Surround your contertops with the warmth of wood in maple, oak, cherry, or birch – leave it natural or stain it to match your cabinets. Wood edges can be shaped to create many different looks such as rounded, double rounded, bevel, bull nose, or square edges.
Over 30 different colors of Wilsonart Gibraltar solid surface edging are available to create colorful points of interest to complement any room. Solid surface edging can be used to undermount a stainless steel sink in your laminate top.

SOLID SURFACE MATERIALS
Choose from our wide variety of gorgeous Granite, Corian, Gibraltar, or Staron colors. These tops are made to order – to be as simple or extravagant as you wish. Customize the look of your top with a variety of edge treatments, sink installation, overhang, bar top, and backsplash options.
Granite:
If natural beauty is what you like, Granite offers a huge variety of colors and textures from bold variations in the stone's color to subtle blends of subdued tones. Get your stone honed to a matte finish or polished to a high gloss.
Granite is a heat and scratch resistant surface that will complement any type of cabinetry. Stone is a porous material; these tops require yearly maintenance by sealing the countertop to protect the stone from stains.
 Synthetic Tops:
Corian, Gibraltarl and Staron are synthetic solid surface products that come in whites and off-whites, solid colors, and a tremendous selection of combined colors, some of which are made to mimic the patterns found in stone.
These products are stain resistant, food grade approved for commercial kitchens, and very resilient, minor scratches or cut marks can easily be buffed out. Synthetic products are non-porous and discourage bacteria, mold and mildew.
