91 North, to Exit 24
Turn right off ramp then
Turn right at light onto Rte. 116 South
Travel approximately 6 miles on Rte. 116 South
(2 miles across CT River to Sunderland Center.
Continue 4 miles passing Bubs BarBQ on left)
Look for blue road sign on right marking
"Cowls Lumber & Sawmill"
Take next left onto Sunderland Road
CBS is 1/2 mile ahead on left at
125 Sunderland Road.
From the North:
91 North, to Exit 24 Amherst/Sunderland
Turn left off ramp then 1/4 mile
Turn right at light onto Rte. 116 South
Travel approximately 6 miles on Rte. 116 South
(2 miles across CT River to Sunderland Center.

Rte. 9 West through lights at Amherst Center
Continue Rte. 9/116 2 miles straight down hill passing Pizza Hut on right
Turn right onto Rte. 116 North
Travel 4 miles, turn right at lights to follow Rte. 63 North
1/4 mile to lights, turn left then bear left onto Sunderland Road
1/4 mile to Cowls on right at 125 Sunderland Road
