From the South:

Rte. 91 North to Exit 24
Turn right at top of ramp
Turn right at light onto Rte. 116 South
Travel approximately 6 miles on Rte. 116 South
Look for blue road sign on right marking "Cowls Lumber & Sawmill"
Take next left onto Sunderland Road
Cowls Building Supply is 1/2 mile ahead on left

From the North:

Rte. 91 South to Exit 24 (Amherst/Sunderland)
Turn left at top of ramp
Turn right at light onto Rte. 116 South (watch for Rte. 116 to make a left at the second light)
Travel approximately 6 miles on Rte. 116 South
Look for blue road sign on right marking "Cowls Lumber & Sawmill"
Take next left onto Sunderland Road
Cowls Building Supply is 1/2 mile ahead on left

From the East:

Rte. 9 West through lights at Amherst Center
Continue 2 miles on Rtes. 9 & 116 straight down the hill passing Stop & Shop on right
Turn right onto Rte. 116 North
Travel 4 miles, turn right at lights on to Meadow Street
Travel 1/4 mile to lights, turn left then bear left onto Sunderland Road
Cowls Building Supply is 1/4 mile ahead on the right
